I conduct rent reviews, lease renewal negotiations, and advise on dilapidations for both landlords and tenants.

• For tenants, I negotiate flexible lease terms and attractive rent incentives.

If the rent cannot be agreed by negotiation, I have extensive experience of preparing submissions to Arbitrators and Independent Experts.

Business rates have become a significant business expense. I can conduct a payment liability review, and advise on possible payment savings.
